    • Fazeen belongs to the town of Areacode in Malappuram district and came to the Elite Center from the SEPT Center in Kuniyil.
    • His father Ajmal, is a driver while his mother Rasheena is a housewife.
    • Fazeen has an elder sister Renha, who's pursuing her bachelors while his younger brother Farhan is in 4th grade.

    • Represented Malappuram district twice, once as Vice-Captain.
    • Called up to attend the Kerala State Camp, but missed out due to injury.
    • Captain of the victorious SEPT side in the RAMCO Cup in Calicut, 2014.
    • Part of the SEPT team which finished 3rd in the 5s tournament organised by Parikrama Academy in Bangalore.
    • State Runners-Up and District champions in the Subroto Cup, 2013.
    • Scored 4 goals, including 2 free kicks in the SEPT Zonal Fest, where Fazeen's SEPT Center finished Runners-Up in 2014.
    • Part of many regional trophy-winning SEPT sides, such as in the Manchester Cup, Coca-Cola Cup etc.
    • Captain of his school football team, St. Joseph School, with whom he won the Inter-School sub-district championship in 2012.
