Terms and Conditions

  • These rules and regulations (“Terms and Conditions ” ) shall be binding on each participant (“Donor” ) for the worldwide territory (“Territory”) who voluntarily desire to make monetary donations towards Sports & Education Promotion Trust (SEPT) Football Nursery to meet the running expenses of training centres, or in particular to aid a specific player in the Elite Centre. The terms and conditions contained herein shall govern your use of the web site(www.sept.in). IF you are not agreeable to any “terms and conditions”, you do not use the site or transact on the site.

1. Introduction

  • The SUPPORT US page of this website endeavours to mobilize and assist in the collection of voluntary funds and out of free will monetary donations, both in Indian national rupee (“INR”) and/or any foreign currency (hereinafter referred to as “Donations”) made by Donors. By using the SEPT.IN services you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed herein below

  • These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any transactions submitted. By using the services of SEPT.IN you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

  • SEPT.IN maintains two bank accounts, one in Bank of India for receiving donations from within the country and the second in Indian Overseas Bank for receiving donations from overseas.

2. Eligibility

  • Apart from the information voluntarily provided by the Visitors, we will automatically receive and collect certain information in standard usage logs through our Web server.

  • Use of the Site is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. SEPT.IN reserves the right to refuse to provide you with access to the Site if SEPT.IN discovers that you are under the age of 18 years or "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

3.Electronic Communications

  • When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. SEPT.IN will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site.

4. Use of Your Information/ Privacy Policy

  • All of the information that we collect from you, such as registration and credit card information, is subject to our privacy policy. Please read our Privacy Policy (link to Privacy Policy page).

  • We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all information regarding your Website and Service use, and any and all other personal information provided by you, in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, which is hereby made a part of this Agreement

  • We may monitor your Site usage and use this information as required by any law, regulation or court order.

5. Links to Other Sites

  • This web site may contain links to other web sites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites as their privacy policies may differ from ours.

6. Donations

  • All information displayed on SEPT.IN site regarding the activities of players or team constitute an "invitation to offer".

  • Before offering a donation you are advised to check the description of how the funds are going to be used carefully.

  • Any request for cancellation of donations once duly placed on site shall not be entertained;

7. Payment Terms

  • All amounts unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Buyer can make the payment either by the Credit Card or Debit Card by giving your card details.

  • After receipt of payment /confirmation that payment is received, SEPT.IN shall communicate to you how the funds are going to be used.

8. Delivery and Shipping Policy

  • On acceptance of a donation an acknowledgement will be delivered to the donor electronically or by hard copy. Newsletters and emails describing the status of progress will be sent to the donor.

9. Refund and Cancellation

  • Refund of a donation will not be admissible once accepted.

  • SEPT.IN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a donation for any reason. We will contact you if all or any portion of your donation is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your donation

  • If the donation is cancelled after Buyer’s credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Buyer’s Card Account.

10. Credit Card Details

  • You agree, undertake and confirm that the credit card details provided by you on SEPT.IN will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you.

  • The said information will not be utilized and shared by SEPT.IN with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order.

  • SEPT.IN will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

11. License Grant

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to access and use the Site, the details of the child supported and associated content in accordance with this Agreement. We may terminate this license at any time for any reason.

12. Online Conduct

  • As a User, you agree that you are solely responsible for your conduct in general at the Site. You agree to use the site in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and with the highest regard to the intellectual property rights of SEPT.IN and its licensors.

  • In addition, without limitation, you agree not to:

- Impersonate any other person or entity; "Stalk" or otherwise harass any person via the Website;

- Engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Website;

- Transmit any chain letters, "spam" or junk e-mail to other Members;

- Upload, post, transmit, reproduce or distribute or in any way exploit any material or information over which the User does not have proprietary or intellectual property rights, whether such information is derived from the Site, the Services or any other source, except with the express permission of the holder of either the proprietary or intellectual property rights to that material or information

- Upload, post, transmit, or distribute: any material or information which is in any way unlawful, or which is potentially harmful, threatening, abusive, libellous, pornographic or otherwise obscene, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

- You may not use the Site for transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice

- Reproduce, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes any part of the Site or its contents (including but not limited to information accessible through the Site) or the Services;

- Interfere with or disrupt the Site and/or Service or the servers and/or networks connected to the Site and/or Service;

- Post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

- Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the Site or Service;

- Use metatags or code or other devices containing any reference to Site or Service in order to direct any person to any other website for any purpose; and/or.

- You may not directly or indirectly encourage, incite, or direct other Site Members to violate the Site Terms of Service, Rules of Conduct, or any applicable real world laws.

- You may not attempt to interfere with, hack, or otherwise decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site Service nor its providers.

- Any attempt by any individual, whether or not a Member, to damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize this Website and/or Service, or any portion therein, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Website and/or Service, is a violation of criminal and civil law and SEPT.IN will diligently pursue all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law.

13. Modification of Terms and conditions of Service

- SEPT.IN may at any time modify this Agreement without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Agreement at any given time on SEPT.IN.

- In the event the modified Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Agreement.
