• Abhijith is from the small area of Nallur near Feroke.
• He is the elder son of Babu, who does tile and roof work, and Sindhu, who is a housewife.
• He has a younger brother named Ananthu who is in 4th standard.

Unsurprisingly, Abhijith's favourite player happens to be Brazilian icon Neymar.

• Part of the SEPT team who are currently State Champions in the Subroto Cup and will compete in the National Championships in September.- 
• Abhijith hails from the highly renowned Beypore center of SEPT. Playing as a center forward for the team, Abhijith has a keen eye for goal and his quick feet and excellent reading of the game always finds him in the right place at the right time.
• Known as the Scissor-Kick expert among his fellow teammates, Abhijith has proven his skills in various tournaments in the past. He weighed in with 5 important goals in the SEPT Tournament held in Irinjalakkuda, for his team, the Royal SEPT Beypore.
• At this year's SEPT Fest, Abhijith finished joined top-scorer with 5 goals. His successsful Beypore team emerged champions in a tournament in Vypin in Ernakulam and Abhijith was instrumental in the success.
• While playing for his school Little Flower School, Abhijith was named the Best Player in an inter-school tournament.
